The Mountain MX
Hidden away in a little Tennessee valley, away from the hustle and bustle of big city life and all the problems that come along with it is a small private track where many of the states finest riders honed their skills. As a private track that requires membership, The Mountan MX manages to avoid al the regulation and troublesome requirements of the AMA tracks and keeps and independent eye open for the next big names in the sport. I got to travel out with a long time rider and close friend of mine for an afternoon around the dusty, rutted, but spot-on sticky red-clay track.

A Day Out With Trey
When I'm back home there are few things I enjoy more than getting out and cruising around on a warm day; Trey has been a close friend of mine for years from back in the parking lot-pimping days and we always manage to have a ball when we go out, so I decided to drag my cam along and take some snaps of his latest project, the Golf GT.

The brown and the creme green is a touch loud, but this cleanliness and classic hoodrat style shines!

and it fits perfectly with the scenic city and Trey's style

but it's no accident: Trey spends a great deal of time caring for the trims and focusing on the details to make sure everything is up to snuff and shining right.

and it always pays off; few folks can pull off such a bold ride, but with every detail meticulously taken care of (note the gap and/or the hand-milled fuel rail) The Golf GT shines so bright, it'll put your Ray Bans out of commission.

ah, the view from atop Chatanooga: what a fantastic little city...

Thanks again for the cruise Trey, and I can't wait to see whats in store for the Lotus!
